Really enjoyed them last night in Portsmouth. Entertaining to watch, interesting songs, one to look out for I reckon. Excellent.

Doyle & The Fourfathers certainly worth a mention Cliff - great little band - improving all the time.

I'll third then.

Very impressed with them. Had a chat with them at Darlington and they seem really decent down to earth guys. Hopefully they will get the credit they deserve.

The free album they were giving away is well worth having too.

I arrived too late at Leamington to see Doyle & The Fourfathers, but I saw them at The Brook Southampton on the last tour.
I will also say that I found them really enjoyable.

I am hoping to see them at Gloucester on Thursday night too.

Had a brief chat with the lead singer after Leeds. Saw then at the York gig earlier in the year and they definately seem to have improved.

Listening to them I think they have a Higsons (remmber them?) and Orange Juice (Oblivious etc) sound/feel about them.

Believe me, they are destined for bigger things. If you can listen to the lyrics you will realise why. See the Guardian today, re 'Welcome to Austerity'.

Apparently one member has left the band.
